Tube Mitering 01
Precise mitering to make the gap between the tubes as close as possible. We use the milling machine and CNC milling cutting and also cooperate with laser cutting subcontractors.
CNC Milling Machine 02
We have 8 CNC milling machines for mitering tubes, small parts and also pivots of the dual-suspension frames, therefore we can achieve more precise machining dimensions and enhance the reliability of the product.
Welding 03
With years of experience and skills, we are capable of fabricating with aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and titanium materials. For aluminum frames, we do tig welding and smooth welding. For steel frames, we do tig welding and braze welding.
Heat Treatment 04
Heat treatment (T4 & T6) helps Caribou to complete all the production procedures.From tubes and small parts to a bicycle frame, all the processes are made in-house. It also increases the production stability and the control of delivery.
Surface treatment 05
We set up the shot peening machine to offer the better frame surface also the strength, and we have the subcontractors who can provide surfaces such as phosphate, painted and anodization.
